When I looked deeper into the technique of breathing and mental health exercises, and while watching one of the impressive videos that I like, the instructor said something like, “Your breath is your best friend. It will always be there for you. Learn to love it and honor it and harness its power.”
This concept changed my life. I had never thought of my breath before. I breathe around 25,000 times a day, but I never think about it. At least I didn’t used to.
With practice I have learned to harness the power of breathing and it helped me calm down and brought me more energy.
What a gift God has given to us!
