I am Heba AlMesfer. I am a volleyball player in the Kuwait national team. I have reached three achievements including best volleyball player in the Arabian Gulf, best striker in the Middle East and best beach volleyball player in Kuwait.

I have worked as a Director and in several TV programs, theatre and radio programs.
How do you manage your time? Describe your average day.
My daily routine is to pursue my job and do my required tasks. Gym is a must in my daily routine after work. I practice volleyball almost every day. If I do not have training I practice either horse riding or kite-boarding.
What is your biggest strength?
The ability to cope with failures and learn from my mistakes.
Do you have any weaknesses?
Have you made any mistakes that have made you stronger?
I was planning to open my own business when I was robbed. That made me stronger in several ways.
What have been the biggest challenges you’ve faced during your career?
It’s really hard to manage my time between my work and hobbies.
How do you stay motivated during challenging times?
With the help of my parents.

Joining volleyball in the first place.

Losing my beloved ones.
