Guests experience a feast for their senses with a succulent selection of dishes, hot off the grill featuring a bountiful BBQ and showcasing an array of culinary styling, including freshly cooked meats, chicken, and seafood. The talented Executive Chef “Emanuele Saracino” and his team will be on hand preparing and serving delicious lamb chops, oriental kebabs, prawns, and vegetables sizzling, direct from the griddle.

In addition, the buffet will also comprise Ouzi along with delicious accompaniments including a live salad station, Hot appetizer, Oriental cold Mezzeh, along with a special Cocktail and beverages Bar. Those with a sweet craving will enjoy a selection of desserts, ranging from mixed Arabic sweet, Coffee Tiramisu, Mango Sago Pudding, Mastic & Chocolate Ice Cream, and much more. To complete the evening, guests can relax and unwind with different flavours of shisha by the gardens.
