Mostly A: Congratulations! You are at a low risk of health problems and you probably lead a healthy lifestyle.
Mostly B: Even though you might be healthier than some people within your community, you need to be proactive about your health.
Mostly C: You are at an increased risk and you could easily develop problems if you don’t take the necessary steps to improve your health.
Mostly D: You are at a high risk for health problems so you’d better start acting fast!

A further (more important) check to do:

You are mostly Cs and Ds but your BMI is at A or B: you are still at risk even if you don’t have a weight problem. You might have a condition called skinny fat where you are unhealthy and you are at an increased risk of having health and heart problems.
You are mostly As but your BMI is at C or D: you don’t need to panic, your extra weight might be due to having more muscle percentages (which weigh more). So long as you are leading a healthy lifestyle, your weight is not a major issue.
